Wellbeing Checks
Well-being checks can be an essential service in providing peace of mind for the person, their families and friends. Not everyone requires support with their daily living activities and some only require a friendly face popping in to help secure the house at night or making sure they are organised for the day. This service can benefit you and your loved one, by providing reassurance that someone will be ‘popping’ by when needed to provide that little bit of support for their well-being.
What We Do
- Provide a variety of call lengths to suit your requirements.
- Develop a person-centred care pan detailing preferences and needs.
- Reassure family and friends for peace of mind that someone is popping in to visit their loved one.
- Observe and communicate if any concerns arise.
- Help maintain independence at home.
- Reduce the feeling of loneliness.
- Keep families involved and updated where possible.
- Ensure the home is secured at night, preparing the home for the day, making sure a person has eaten or taken their medication, prepare and serve fluids, sit and have a friendly chat.
We provide a high-quality service and support with all aspects of home social care requirements. Our well-being checks remain successful in ensuring a person and their family members remain reassured and comforted in their own home. We believe well-being checks to be a robust starting point for anyone apprehensive about receiving care services and are extremely proud to work alongside individuals and their families at a gradual rate, building trust and professional relationships until they are ready for their care package to increase or evolve.
