Introduction to Your Care Worker
We stand by our promise of delivering your care, your way in your home. Care at home is not a one size fits all service. Your care is bespoke, your team is tailored and we all work towards achieving your expectations from your care package. Receiving care in your home and in particular intimate care requires a trusting relationship between the person receiving care and the care worker.
What We Do
- A full assessment to agree your care with you.
- Get to know you to be able to match you with our team members.
- Introduce you to your team members.
- Regular reviews with you and your family to gain your feedback from your experiences of our services.
- We will inform you who to expect to your home to provide your care in advance.
- Discuss with you when changes are necessary and unavoidable.
Continuity of care and building relationships and trust is key to delivering high quality care and we guarantee to never send an unknown care worker to provide your care. We will involve your family and ensure that we listen to them as no one knows you as well as family. Gathering regular feedback from you and your family will facilitate the improvements we make to your care and our services for others.
