Short Term & Emergency Care

Short term emergency care is sometimes necessary and every person is unique and no two situations are ever the same. Care with Havant Homecare is tailored to suit you and your situation. At Havant Homecare we are increasingly being asked if we can help with emergency care to help people with short term needs, for example following hospital discharge or short term medication needs. If the particular service you or your loved one require is not listed below then please call us or email us to discuss your specific requirements.

What We Do

  1. Visit you in hospital or other place you may be staying or at home to discuss your needs.
  2. Agree your care plan with you.
  3. Introduce you to your care team.
  4. Once your care visits have started we will review whether it is right for you and if anything needs to change.
  5. You will know which team members to expect in advance of your visits.
  6. We will support you with what you need us for as long as is necessary including with medication needs, mobility and other services you may need.
  7. Flexibility to increase, decrease or stop your care services is controlled by you.

Our services are designed to be as flexible as you need them. We are happy to provide support or to simply advise you. If you would like to discuss your needs please give us a call and we will happily support or advise you.
