Continuity of care
Continuity of care is vital when providing a high quality care service, continuity is not only important for the individuals receiving care but also care workers who provide the service. We understand that personal care is often of an intimate nature and therefore, receiving a stranger to provide such intimate services is unacceptable.
What we do
- We match our team to the individual.
- Regularly monitor the services we provide using a variety of formats.
- Promise to never send you a care worker that you have not previously been introduced to.
- We only introduce a hand picked team of care workers for you.
- Introductions are a slow process to ensure the building of trusting and professional relationships.
- Provide you with a number of communication methods so that you always know who to contact for further support and guidance.
- Any changes are communicated to ensure that you are made aware.
- Our introduction process is bespoke to the individual for as long as it is necessary.
- Rostering is completed in advance to ensure that your team members are always available for the times that you need them.
- Our team will notify you in advance of who to expect and what time to expect them.
- Your dedicated team will have all the information they need in advance of providing your care so that you do not have to repeat yourself.
As a care provider we do everything we can to ensure that our customers receive continuity of care throughout the duration of their care service. We believe passionately that no one should receive a stranger when receiving such personal and intimate care services, therefore are dedicated to providing continuity of care to all our customers.
