How We Work

We have a simple ethos to how we work and it is simply to be friendly, open and honest and do what is needed in the best interests of the person to be cared for. You can expect to be treated with dignity and respect and receive a service that is tailored to your needs and always acts in your best interests. We will work with you and not for you so that you continue to control as much of your life as you can.

What We Do

  1. We safeguard our customers from the outset of both care assessment for customers and recruitment for our team.
  2. All the information we need to deliver your service safely is gathered from you and your loved ones throughout the assessment process.
  3. Your care workers are matched to you as part of our planning process.
  4. Each of your care workers are introduced to you and no unknown person will come to provide your service.
  5. You and your family will be asked regularly for your experiences of our services.
  6. There will be a variety of checks performed throughout the duration of your care with us to ensure the quality of your care.
  7. Our service is flexible and will adapt as you need it to.
  8. Control of your care remains firmly with you and we work with you at your pace to retain as much independence as possible.
