What We Offer

  1. Paid to care as rostered and planned.
  2. Paid travel time (not limited to early mornings only)
  3. Mileage paid at 0.45p per mile.
  4. Enhanced pay rates at weekends.
  5. A support system which is second to none, throughout all your working hours.
  6. Start times not before 8am and finish times not after 10pm.
  7. A day off every week when working alternate weekends.
  8. You will never be contacted on your days/evenings/weekends off guaranteed.
  9. Uniform provided.
  10. Training both online & in house is paid at the hourly rate of pay.

  7. Build professional relationships with customers and their families.
  8. Honesty and to be open at all times.
