She has over 20 years experience in delivering home care services after working in a number of small businesses as well as one of the UK’s largest franchise care providers and the NHS

Registered Manager

Emma is passionate about high quality care. She has attained her Level 3 in Health and Social Care and Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care.
Chanel Byng
Managing Care Worker
Chanel Byng our Managing Care Worker ensures that our services are delivered safely. Chanel is a Dementia Friend and a Dementia Champion who trains others. Chanel has completed her Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care.
