Care at Home
We can provide visits that vary in duration to suit your needs without being too intrusive in your personal and private life. Visits are tailored to suit you following an initial assessment and discussion with you and anyone you may wish to be involved or present. No two people are the same in their needs and therefore we need to fully understand you before we can recommend a package of care to suit you.
The way that we do this is by;
- Meeting you at your preferred location to discuss your needs
- Visiting the location that care will take place in order to gather further information and help us complete an assessment
- Complete a written Plan of Care after agreeing on care needs
- Start your care on a date and time that suits you
Please note: We cannot provide live in care services or care services to people under 18.
